Everyone in the team was good and supportive!

Dislikes

- People are not face paced. Take too much time to complete small small things. - Absolutely no work from home option was there earlier. Now coz of this pandemic, partial wfh they had to give. - Not a very employee friendly company. They can implement a lot more benefits for their employees. - Hire people at a good pay but yearly increment is very poor.

Company was good but franchise store was not good and also not bad. Not good just because of their own family members are human resource, store manager and visual merchandising. These stores are not giving your incentive and if you leave the job from here they never pay your salary.
