I appreciate the company's name and its legacy. However, my negative feedback is specifically about my experience with Pantaloons; the rest of the organization might be performing well.

There is a lack of transparency in the appraisal process. In this company, showmanship and personal relationships are often valued more than actual work performance. If you excel in creating appearances and engaging in flattery, this company might be a good fit, as these qualities seem to be given more importance than genuine work

Very good company but salary is to poor and increment also.My highest increment would have been and I know everything CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,STAFF HANDEING,SOP,SDM,BODFS,AG,VT, INWARD OUTWARD,PI ETC..The company did not make me a manager that's why I resigned other wise company is very good.. i have almost 12years experience in ABFRL

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.
