ABM , MR nishant from VH brand , played darty politics, and he is okay if north SM,s do integrity also , but i would like to say this is totally crime , my personal experiance, this is the reason i have given my resignation ALSO forcefully.

Odisha cluster is pathetic lots of micro management. Extended streching working hours upto 11 hrs. Be ready to get harrased at any moment.

Pantaloons division is more like a start up. But there is immense learning, at the same time little high pressure too.

Dislikes

It's kind of evolving now. The work life balance is not there. Recognitions are way less. Pressure is a bit more compared to competitors.

It was the worst and because of that my health started getting worse. I had to resign and at every point medical was submitted and after 3 months they want the amount for not serving notice period, and that too when I left the company on medical grounds. One of the worst company to work with.

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.
