The company is good no doubt but it's management totaly greedy, scab. I am a very old employee (from. 07/08/1997 future group) of Aditya Birla group. I was working in east zone of kolkata (kakurgachi Pantaloons). When this pandemic started we all were scared and afraid of this new virus. At that time instead of helping me they(Anuradha Roy and Shyamdeep Paul) suddenly on 18th 2020. August asked for my resignation saying that, the company is in loss. They even not thought what will happen to me and my family at that serious time. I was one of the first employee working till the opening of first Pantaloons in Gariahat kolkata, but all got for my loyalty was, my resignation. Now I want to ask you do you help anyone in that way? I am jobless till today(20/1/21) as I am of 40 now and at this age it is very difficult for me to find a suitable job to fulfill the requirements of my family.
