Aditya birla retial ltd. Is good company,good working envioronment,policies are good.but when samara capital/amazone acquire this ,after that there is no job secutrity , no promotion or not given salary hikr or bonus every year., totaly bed feel. Now i have loss my job due to covid-19.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I told my problem which was happening in the store to the superior behaviour and HR zonal team behaviour and the managers but instead of listening to it, they listened to the manager, that too one-sidedly and I was removed from the company even though I was in dire need of a job. I also wrote an email to the zonal team and complained about it but there was no reply from them either.
