It was company direct store but they dont even gave uniform on time ,worked on louis phillippe lulu branch .worked for 6 months without uniform ,this shows how they care about their workers we have to buy cloths with our own money with that 12000 ,we hav our ouwn expenses for travelling and all after that can u guess the amount of money we can save?????? Atleast they should provide uniform on time .even if he/she is a newbie .this affects ur own sales .we are representing louis phillippe ,think about a staff wearing some other local brand and gaving advices to sell your products ,this doesnt affect me this only affects abfrl and their reputation ,still gaving less than 15k as salary .we hav to borrow from others for our needs ,atleast u can give 20 k + incentives this will not affect abfrl ,u can compensate this by adding rs 50 or rs 100 on products ,just think about the purchasing power with that 12 k most of the staffs are still struggling to meet their needs , they dont know where to complain ,this improves quality of workers and will definetly result in workers satisfaction which really helps to improve workers productivity...Read More
