In Aditya Birla group of fashion retail limited growth is very slow .the pressure is very high sometime .I have to work 12 to 13 or straight in a day are .the heart attend the call in evening and sometime late into the night .manager not value an individual unique assistant which is why I have to take back my situation most of the time. and I am also add the incentive slab is very low that is not good for all employees, and his family....Read More
