Job not secured when someone's performance is in growth,management team is playing game to resigned himself creating pressure from upper circle.

Job security - Bad

Work Details

The job is quite interesting for me & I struggled from the beginning to learnt everything on the job to growth my career in a top but the management team was wear me multiple hats to resigned myself when I am in top.

Looking for a advice to choose the company

I'm currently working at Aditya Birla fashion in planning role of CTC 4.7 LPA in Bangalore . I got an opportunity in Decathlon for the role in supply chain of CTC 7.7L fixed ( 8.5L CTC ) in madurai - Tamilnadu. My only concern on location it's rural area . I'm on my confusion to accept or not ? Pls give some advice on this
