Looking for a advice to choose the company

I'm currently working at Aditya Birla fashion in planning role of CTC 4.7 LPA in Bangalore . I got an opportunity in Decathlon for the role in supply chain of CTC 7.7L fixed ( 8.5L CTC ) in madurai - Tamilnadu. My only concern on location it's rural area . I'm on my confusion to accept or not ? Pls give some advice on this

Wrong people are in managerial role. No idea about trade. False commitment done by manager. Always put blame on juniors to save his job.

I was very proud to be a part of this wonder and kindfull organisation. I like all the way the organisation is doing for their employees whether it is training grooming and learning.
