India tech hub is the second home of the incompetent people let go by Sapient. You will find these arrogant people making majority of the teams. It's impossible to work with them. You can still deal with incompetency to a certain extent but their attitude towards non-sapient people will make you regret your decision to join Adidas for life. Their narcissistic top leader is also from Sapient. And don't you believe what HR says during recruitment, they are a marketing company, they know very well how to sell lies.Once you join the India tech hub you'll feel like you work for Adibas not Adidas. If you challenge them they will make sure they ruin your career. And forget about making any friends there, everyone is mean and part of the same Sapient fabric. Their entire leadership team comes from Sapient and they run the company like an illuminati circle, if you dont follow their orders you are doomed. The will make you suffer and also humiliate you in public. You will cry but no one will come to your aid....absolutely no one.And it will not end there, they will haunt you for the rest of your lives ensuring your careers are destroyed forever. Nothing to like Its highly insecure of your job you are highly troubled your manager. Because If you complain to senior Director than he said You have to adjust with your team and manager

If you try to change team and explore new skill than you are zombie for manager and you are work as per your manager and dont explore skill and don’t try for promotion than you are god for your manager.
