Work culture is too bad,partiality nature, managers need to change then it will benefit for employees, need to work more than 12 hour, worst place to work. There is no benefit for employees regarding promotion, salary. If you gud with manager everything will work for u or else u have to come out from organization, not gud to work more than one year.
