I personally get some bad experience from the Coordinator of the school. He targeted me to get me out of the school by complaining about me to PM. And my PM knows that I haven't done anything but she is helpless in my case he pressured PM to get me out of that school. Delay in salary is also an issue. Sometimes it may take a few months to receive salary.

Sometimes, the job gets too much in the way of the job that the PM working among the general public feel that, the PM working in a division or a skill training sector does not reckon with the 'ground realties' of the implementation of certain aspects of the skill training and vice-versa. This notion has now come down to a great extent, but it does feel that it prevails in minuscule levels.

I have recently completed 2 years in ASAP and fortunately, I have had the best of opportunities to work in 4 different positions. This gave me a sneak-peek into the 'ground reality' and work for the betterment of the children and help secure their future.
