Sometimes, the job gets too much in the way of the job that the PM working among the general public feel that, the PM working in a division or a skill training sector does not reckon with the 'ground realties' of the implementation of certain aspects of the skill training and vice-versa. This notion has now come down to a great extent, but it does feel that it prevails in minuscule levels.

I have recently completed 2 years in ASAP and fortunately, I have had the best of opportunities to work in 4 different positions. This gave me a sneak-peek into the 'ground reality' and work for the betterment of the children and help secure their future.
