To me Addis was my second home. Wonderful working environment though challenging but full of inspirations and hopes to make Someone's dream come true. Seniors and teammates are too much supportive and friendly. Company 's policy good as salary hike and bonus every year.

Addis Marketing do not give any job security and the salary /appraisals is to less. It's the target job.

I loved the way I was welcomed. Being a fresher and trying to fit in is never easy. At Addis if you are new there are people there who are your seniors who guide you and make you feel comfortable and help you grow. Its a good working environment and you feel safe. The proprietor and amazing people and very kind to their employees. I was lucky to have had the job experience that I had at Addis.

Dislikes

I hope the tea break was a little bit longer 🙃

Work Details

It has been great. I was lucky to have been surrounded by some strong independent hard working ladies. No doubt there were some hard working men too. But the women were so good at their job in sales, finance and insurance. It was very inspiring.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
