First of all everything is codified and no one can encroach the rules and regulations. Second thing very good working environment. The responsibilities and duties of all the employees are codified. In nutshell there is law of rules. Policies of management are crystal clear.

Dislikes

Some times decisions are delayed due to procedures. Job security is low in some extent. Some times management is not addressing our issues quickly.

Work Details

The working in Adani Vidya Mandir is quite challenging because we have to take approval from HO Ahmedabad before pf doing anything. There are lots of formalities but now I am enjoying my challenging job.

It's a rewarding experience as the students benefit matters the most. Parents trust you so when you teach beyond books so actually nurture young generation for future. I was given ample of opportunities to grow and learn. I started as teacher in primary classes and reached to Vice Principal. The journey was of course not cake walk. Nothing is there to like, no job security, work culture is full of biasness. Few senior and old teachers are exploiting whole staff with the support of Principal.

Dislikes

It is being noticed that after the inception of new Principal around 2 yrs 90% of Academic staff was forcefully asked to resign. Rest you yourself are intelligent

Worst experience working there, got exploited by senior staff and Principal. As Principal has double standard personality discriminate people on the basis of cast, religion and plays politically.
