Team is not cooperative. Back biting co-employees, worst politics, non-technical manager for Unix technical team, partiality among employees, hard working employees are never given recognition, only employees who don't have enough knowledge and also are "yes sir" attitude, buttering managers, not doing any work, taking free salary.Unethical, immoral, unhealthy work culture where only Certified, Technically Experience candidates have to work very very hard compared to others who are fresher's, non certified, amateurs. These people take everything for granted, whether being their first/second company, they make it a point to get Retirement from here. Manager calculates Performance in bias basis. Always keeps his non-performing guys on top by manipulating reports and showing hard working guys reports as non-performers and eventually kicking then off job and getting them replaced immediately without any proper reasons. It's a Call Center, 40+ calls per person in shift. 50+ tickets, 30+ chats. Despite doing this much work, ending up getting bad remarks from Manager. Too much work pressure. At time of interview, false information given - work to be on High Unix Platform, Devops, Ansible, Satellite, etc. But basically have to within a Certified Call Center. In my first year after coming back from US I was personally terrorized threatened and insulted by a lead engineer to wash his feet and play down before his ego. When reported to Director after a year it was brushed aside. Since the very start not a single wish by peers or managers for work anniversary, life events etc except only to selected few favorite employees on office email and personally on whatsapp group by managers. Mangers always have double standard and talk on the back. Even in the end they backstabbed me and played foul politics. Principal Engineer and similar people plays fanatic orthodox religious ideology and sell those religious ideologies to other employees. They come to office to only play politics and sell their religion. Strategy is simple divide and rule and act on employees in biased manner.
