there's nothing to Like about the company as it's culture is poorer than any other company.

Dislikes

In company, it has written Courage -trust - commitment. But in overall organization these three words are completely missing. Courage:-Here from day -1 HR (specially benito.irudayasamy from HR) tell you lies and has courage to tell you lies in looking into eyes. Trust:-you can not trust anyone here as all the person here from top tobottom have no trust in any new commer. Commitment:-No one fullfil his/her words here. Dislikes

Because in adani they don't give value to there GET(graduate engineer trainee). Here only some ex NTPC employees are cutting cream and rest of employee is only expecting that may be this time something going to haapen and that time never came here... compensation package of GET batch who joined before 10 years maximum of them are working at 10.5 to 11.0Lpa package this is the growth story of them and I am not talking about one or two of them I am talking about all of them ......Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
