People centric organization. In times of crisis company stand by you. Lot of growth opportunities and company allow people to move ahead with same pace as company is growing.

Dislikes

Nothing that I dislike. Sometimes one can clearly see that employees hired more on the basis of references and jain community ppl are given first preference. But if you are talented, you can drive through beating all odds.

I had got high level of trust and freedom to excel in my role, which included establishing synchronization with many verticals and people across the group. With such exposure in a large organisation such as this, I grew as a professional really fast.
