Telangana Govt rejects ₹100 cr donation from Adani Foundation
- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has rejected a ₹100 crore donation from Adani Foundation for the upcoming Skills University.
- Adani Foundation Chairperson Priti G Adani had announced the donation in a letter to the Chief Minister.
- The rejection came after the Chief Minister instructed not to seek transfer of funds due to controversy and controversies surrounding Adani.
- The Chief Minister clarified that no funds have been accepted from any company or entity so far for the university's corpus fund.
