Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Everyone on mangers level forced on contractor employees and I am working with Adani more than 4 year now they reduced working hour’s also salary decreased nobody think about 4 year of my work skills. Everyone thinks about our parmotion no buddies thinking lower gred employees.
