After a terrible point selection I would still say it has a bunch of individuals who make the place worth working for those five days, and that's my team. Salary and appraisal were good till August 2017.

Politics, Partiality in dealing with different teams differently specially done by the Managers, Worst transport system, sanitation problem, zero learning and personal development, no work life balance, and lastly no career growth.

The insurance policy is really good. If we compare the insurance policies with other companies, it is awesome.

Acuity was the biggest mistake of my life. I realized this within 1 year and left the company. The work environment is terribly toxic. The managers favor just a certain set of people with whome they have personal relationships. The management is not at all fair and there is no proper redressal of problems. The work in itself is ofgood quality and there is much to learn, but the environment is not at all peaceful. It is full of toxicity and that is the reason for their extra ordinarily high levels of attrition. Acuity will always be hiring even in the low market situation because there is always a larger pool leaving the organisation. I would never join back neither would recommend anyone to join this organisation purely for their terrible work culture and poor management.
