Credit Analysis_Asset based lending (Sr. Associate/Delivery Lead)

Role & responsibilities

• Have in-depth knowledge of writing Asset Based Lending (ABL) credit reviews of clients in the US market including financial analysis, credit underwriting, risk rating, covenant monitoring, collateral analysis, availability tracking and borrowing base monitoring (knowledge of Stucky will be preferred)
• Set-up excel based templates for validation of Borrowing Base calculations basis accounts receivable aging and other reports
• Determining ineligible collaterals and summarizing monthly Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory reports, large concentration clients, Reconciliations, Current Borrowing Base
• Analyzing and spreading the financial statements in Moodys CreditLens / client customized templates
• Analysis of financial statements including Income statement, Balance Sheet & cash flow of public & private companies for the credit appraisal process
• Screening the credit agreements and analyzing the terms and conditions
• Conduct detailed quality checks of client deliverables
• The candidate should possess reasonable knowledge of the banking processes related to asset based lending
• Responsible for delivering 100% quality, meeting strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA (Finance) / CA (CPA equivalent) / CFA
• Experience of 5-10 years
• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel
• Prior experience of working on Asset Reader, Stucky system, Moodys CreditLens is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Experience of working for a US based bank will be an added advantage
