A bit of learning and good compensation

Dislikes

There is lot of work pressure bad culture and unprofessional behaviour. Location of the office is not good lot of traffic at the peak hour. Although company provided transportation services but they remained inadequate most of the time. Many seniors had expertise in domain skills but totally lacked soft skills or mangerial skills. More women needed to promoted at senior level.

Work Details

My overall experience was average. I was aligned to quantitative work most of the time. I learned good enough about working with companies financials. The work got repetitive after few months and learning became stagnant.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
