No clear plan, no monetary growth, salary is less than market standards. Hiring practices are confusing. Multiple people in the senior team are terribly underqualified, or very arrogant about their age and designations and belittle others below them, some don't even do any sort of work but draw fat salaries, some have received senior designation just because they are / were connected to someone on the board.
