1. culture does not exist after merger with US operation. it was very good 2 years back... 2. no roadmap or plan to achieve target... every year same status.... we not meet target...next year 3. US leaders will talk big and do nothing...they do not understand services...they knows staffing 4. new hr leader does fit HR role... he hasaccess to US leader and only makes politics... 5. hr checks people time coming to office...many manager not work after lunch time... no problem 6. new hr is not approachable...we miss old hr...she was far far better...she was a people person... 7. practice directors only talk general things...no focus on business...some do timepass only 8. some US peoples travels to India only to visit their relative and enjoy paid vacation... 9. no big projects and current projects are not good...recently customers lost due to quality... 10. global company on paper only...India WFO... but US office is all WFH... 11. US peoples treat India team bad...no proper involvement in project work...only order... 12. you can get selected to incentive trip only if you are close with manager... no criteria... 13. politics and politics...everywhere...everyone is pleasing US bosses.......Read More
