ACT not given be chance to move to other department and i lost my job in Pandemic period . i use to handle enterprise Credits and Collection. in that Pandemic time all the Corporates and small sector companies been closed and taken work from home and i was very difficult for to retain the customer and also to 100% collections. my performance went down and my explanation was not enough to management in regards to connection lose. there is not alternate option we found. i tried my best but couldn't make it. i lost my job. this is only reason but company is very good because CEO does not know the deep pain and situation of one employee. its ok. that's my bad luck....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
