nothing at all.. absolutely toxic and dominating people

Worst organisation in terms of people management. Super Rude management and unreasonable expectations. They treat people like slave. All other companies are becoming employee oriented but acquisory is far from it. Totally biased organisation. FnF (they don't give salary in the entire notice of 3 months) is cleared after 4 months. They don't answer your calls and you have to beg for your own hard earned money. You will also not get your earned leaves. They cancel planned leaves at the last moment and even if you are sick you have to work. They will ask you to work even if you tell them you have family emergency which shows the culture. Managers always brag about their designation and director will treat you horribly even for smallest of mistakes. One advice is DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANISATION for your own good. 1. Manager is so biased that you are not allotted projects on basis of your skills but if you are in good books with the manager you’ll get everything. If a person is biased basis on other person skills it wouldn’t have mattered as much but that’s clearly not the case in Acq. 2. HOD is blindsided by manager and won’t communicate with a new hire directly won’t even know the name actually. If manager doesn’t like you HOD won’t know you. You’ll not be given core FDD work but background checks etc will be all yours. Both HOD and manager lacks leadership qualities and personal growth is hindered because of all this....Read More

Overall the team is very supportive to get the best out of you and train you for a better carrer

Being a consulting industry, it always been difficult to manage work life balance, which can be con for someone. I believe if you want to achieve something better you need to put in more hard work. Rest youll can decide for yourself

Work culture is vibrant and the firm is growth oriented for creative employee The firms give equal opportunity and space for you to grow and prove yourself During my tenure i have seen people growing to different level in short span of time

Work life balance sometime becomes difficult as you are always focused to deliver more and you have space to prove yourself better
