I want to bring everyone's notice the antics of the HR and Manager at Acquisory consulting llp. First i would like to speak about HR 1. If anyone is applying for the role of Assiociate by seeing the roles and responsibilities as "Mergers and Acquisitions-Advisory", please dont apply here. How can someone mislead someone about his/her roles and reponsibilities in the job description itself, HR himself dont know the meaning of mergers and acquisitions. All you have to do is financial due deligence and sometiomes audit. 2. There is no HRMS system in this organisation, every time you want to know about your leaves, you will need to go and ask him personally and sometimes he show like he is very busy (actually he has got no work to do). If you want to know about your PF, go and ask him personally. If you want to your salary slip, go and ask him personally. Is this the stupidity or he does not know the meaning of management. Last but not the least, he will never reply to your mail for FnF, even if you mark the top level management in the CC. The lag in communication is extremely unprofessional. Now i will speak about the manager There is a constant threat of how they have full control over hotlist and even getting peoples names on a particular project. People are genuinely scared of even raising their voices angainst them because how brutally they have behaved with some people. 1. Manager is so biased that you are not allotted projects on basis of your skills but if you are in good books with the manager you’ll get everything. If a person is biased basis on other person skills it wouldn’t have mattered as much but that’s clearly not the case in Acq. 2. HOD is blindsided by manager and won’t communicate with a new hire directly won’t even know the name actually. If manager doesn’t like you HOD won’t know you. You’ll not be given core FDD work but background checks etc will be all yours. Both HOD and manager lacks leadership qualities and personal growth is hindered because of all this....Read More

Overall the team is very supportive to get the best out of you and train you for a better carrer

Being a consulting industry, it always been difficult to manage work life balance, which can be con for someone. I believe if you want to achieve something better you need to put in more hard work. Rest youll can decide for yourself
