They take away your original documents which is forced bond. They just need to take the copy of the original. But no, they want their original documents so that the employees will stay forcefully. Once you get into that area in Bangalore, if you say you're working at acmegrade, everyone tells you to look for another job. Such is the situation. If you're a fresher and you want to make some money, please DO NOT COME TO ACMEGRADE. They will use attractive words like 6LPA... But you WILL NOT get that much money ever<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They don't even give the basic pay sometimes</mark>. During the training period, if you ask for your original documents, you're scolded and threatened multiple times. They don't respect any of the BD employees...Read More

If youre looking for a job out here l, it's just a toxic environment to work here. Right from the CEO to the team leaders everyone are a b*llsh*t. I know sales is a tough job. But these people make that tough job to toxic one. All matters to them is money you bring through sales and they don' t pay you properly</mark>. Even after you finish your internship also if you're looking for a full time they won't pay you the same that mentioned in offer letter. Instead they'll change it to lesser one only. If you wanted to know how stupid is this company just check "Ambition box" a portal for corporate companies work environment reviews. So there will be some genuine more than 100 reviews, where in here these people can edit or delete google reviews but in there these people cannot. Only positive thing in Acmegrade is their workspace and building with great interior. But the people out there are toxic. Not a good place to work at all instead of this you can work in a call center and get paid well. If you're college is bringing this one as a campus placement it's just a stupid move. Acmegrade is just good for stealing one's owned hardwork. Just screw them and their stupid company. And yes these people ask your original documents to submit at first and later blackmail you if you wanted to leave. They don't even return your documents that easily again. There is absolutely nothing to like about this dogshit company. They will make you work like dogs for absolutely no pay and youll be treated with no respect by a certain manager who i think was dropped in the head as a baby. The team leads and managers only think about themselves and dont really care how youre doing and the only help youll get from them(if you go to them asking for help) are snarky remarks. They say they have flexible working hours and by that they mean they will change the timing as they see fit and will also shift your week off(usually wednesday) to the day that there is a major holiday in other day of the week( you wont ever get two days off in one week no matter how major the holiday is). The timings are 12pm to 10pm but on sundays you need to work 11am to 10 pm for the same pay(nowhere in the offer letter this has been mentioned)....Read More

I had resigned on Feb month 2023 and I worked here from dec 2022 and I got Jan salary but I still I didn't get my Feb month salary even I'm approaching to the company people still no one responding. Such a fake company. There is no respect for the employees. Work culture is not good. L ot pressure. Worst timing 12 to nyt 9.00 but it might go 9.30 or 10.00 also. Even they won't leave girls. They don't even think how the girls will go at night 10.00pm. I don't recommend to join in this. Career will spoil if anyone join in this company....Read More

I will share you my personal story. Yes I am a good student I give the interview in December 2022 and got selected get offer letter they mentioned 18000 stipend on offer letter. I am was happy my family was happy they i planed to move banglore I was happy that that was my first job. 9 jaunary was 1st day upto 7 days we get training t hat was best part I got many frds who are still with me now . But after training is completed they tell me to resign by saying sales is not for me..... Seriously by only 10 days how can they judge me it is for me or not .. I did not resign because I spend a lot of money to came in banglore pg rent etc.. so I think I give my best performance but after good performance too they didn't provide me stipend. Ceo told my performance is bad so they don't provide me stipend..<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. That time I am frustrated that how I can pay my rental but that time my friends help me for pg rent </mark>. I complent to clg about this shit company. Then the dirty ceo terminate me by saying I am telling lies to clg .. but still I need to work there just bcz of internship otherwise my year will waste so I take a risk and still work. Agin they tourture me. I completed my 4 month then my clg allow me to come back . But that 4 month was worst phase of my life .
