only parties, Every month they throw party which will give you a hope to live but don't fall for that because they have only that attractive thing which can hold the students.

Dislikes

It's Work culture worst to worst work culture they got. Friday-Wednesday they just keep your work like Donkey(sorry to use these word but there is no way to express more precisely) and on Sunday they call you 1hr before the timing which they told you and give you leave at 10 pm which they mention to leave 8-9 pm. No support from theseniors- except 2-3 seniors no even a single senior is good, and they talk like hell. I know we are interns but we do have self-respect as well but no one will listen to it. In sales it's important to sell your product and hit the target but for that they are fooling the students and parents. if some student is financially not stable and eager to do this course they will force them like hell and if I didn't do then they force me, yell at me and if somehow I just ignore that then they automatically come to my excel sheet and they started calling them. Certificates:- These certificates are just nothing, it stands no where and didn't mean to any thing to add on your resume. They just funds some IITs & IIMs fest that's it and using there name and calling it "we partnered with them" which is a big lie. They're not partnered with any institute or any company which they are mentioning in there website they have some friends or some connection who are working but there is no connection of that companies and this company. at the end don't fall for such startups and they just hire students from campuses calling it campus placements in the mean time of exams as everyone has to leave exam and gain marks in the college so students come for the internship, and they have some king of good connection with the placement cells, once they hire you, you can't go back to your college and if you go then they'll have a word to you placement cell and then you don't get the opportunity to sit back for the companies which are coming to your campus....Read More
