I had resigned on Feb month 2023 and I worked here from dec 2022 and I got Jan salary but I still I didn't get my Feb month salary even I'm approaching to the company people still no one responding. Such a fake company. There is no respect for the employees. Work culture is not good. Lot pressure. Worst timing 12 to nyt 9.00 but it might go 9.30 or 10.00 also. Even they won't leave girls. They don't even think how the girls will go at night 10.00pm. I don't recommend to join in this. Career will spoil if anyone join in this company....Read More

I will share you my personal story. Yes I am a good student I give the interview in December 2022 and got selected get offer letter they mentioned 18000 stipend on offer letter. I am was happy my family was happy they i planed to move banglore I was happy that that was my first job. 9 jaunary was 1st day upto 7 days we get training that was best part I got many frds who are still with me now . But after training is completed they tell me to resign by saying sales is not for me..... Seriously by only 10 days how can they judge me it is for me or not .. I did not resign because I spend a lot of money to came in banglore pg rent etc.. so I think I give my best performance but after good performance too they didn't provide me stipend. Ceo told my performance is bad so they don't provide me stipend... That time I am frustrated that how I can pay my rental but that time my friends help me for pg rent . I complent to clg about this shit company. Then the dirty ceo terminate me by saying I am telling lies to clg .. but still I need to work there just bcz of internship otherwise my year will waste so I take a risk and still work. Agin they tourture me. I completed my 4 month then my clg allow me to come back . But that 4 month was worst phase of my life . I was frustrated, mentally harrasment, humiliated, but God gives me a way and I escape from that hell Everything thing every part every management here is worst They just hire intern from oncampuse on offer letter they mentioned 18k stipend but never provide...Read More

only parties, Every month they throw party which will give you a hope to live but don't fall for that because they have only that attractive thing which can hold the students.

It's Work culture worst to worst work culture they got. Friday-Wednesday they just keep your work like Donkey(sorry to use these word but there is no way to express more precisely) and on Sunday they call you 1hr before the timing which they told you and give you leave at 10 pm which they mention to leave 8-9 pm. No support from the seniors- except 2-3 seniors no even a single senior is good, and they talk like hell. I know we are interns but we do have self-respect as well but no one will listen to it. In sales it's important to sell your product and hit the target but for that they are fooling the students and parents. if some student is financially not stable and eager to do this course they will force them like hell and if I didn't do then they force me, yell at me and if somehow I just ignore that then they automatically come to my excel sheet and they started calling them. Certificates:- These certificates are just nothing, it stands no where and didn't mean to any thing to add on your resume. They just funds some IITs & IIMs fest that's it and using there name and calling it "we partnered with them" which is a big lie. They're not partnered with any institute or any company which they are mentioning in there website they have some friends or some connection who are working but there is no connection of that companies and this company. at the end don't fall for such startups and they just hire students from campuses calling it campus placements in the mean time of exams as everyone has to leave exam and gain marks in the college so students come for the internship, and they have some king of good connection with the placement cells, once they hire you, you can't go back to your college and if you go then they'll have a word to you placement cell and then you don't get the opportunity to sit back for the companies which are coming to your campus....Read More

The work culture and experience I received is not something I saw in other companies especially in a field like sales. The bonding between us and our colleagues and even our senior most executives are made stronger through fun activities and games both within and outside office.

Dislikes

i sometimes face issues with language when speaking to our leads and clients because i dont know their native language.
