I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. The company am working is good but they are not giving increment year by year. And for insentive also we have to wait 7 or 8 months. where other companies are giving the insentive at end of the month or after the payment. So I have planned to change the job..
