The moment you enter the office , ackers greet you with a warm smile and make sure the new member is comfortable with the new fam jam ! There are quarterly team outings where one gets to know the entire family more closely outside the professional environment which builds a strong and positive rapport and boost confidence. I work for ACKO for 1.3 years..trust me, no job security, they can fire you anytime they want. No appreciation for your work (I was one of the good performer in emails team), overwork everyday, need to grab their legs even if your actually sick for leaves...the list will go on.
