All realization is happening now as to why good ppl leave this team, the colorful stuff they speak is far from reality. Pathetic team and good for nothing leader, my manager , she is another diplomatic person. speak nice things in front and behind the back speak of worst things.I am foreseeing mass lay-offs because of all this corporate politics.

There is a payment policy named LTIP. In which, they pay you your variable and stocks one year late. I worked hard this year and for that I'll get payment next year and that too in breaks half in June and other Half in December. Whenever you leave the company you'll loose your variable for at least one year. I have never seen this kind of payment policy in any other company. Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.
