Few changes has caused everything to crumble.. micromanagement, unfulfilled promises, no promotion to deserving people.. the list goes on.... They dont belive in retaining good employees... But believer in replacements.... They make you work and never recognise your hard work...

Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.
