Only good thing about company is that they don’t record the working hours.

Dislikes

They fool you by saying that variable will be given Bt that is called as Performance bonus which they always cut depending on the rating you get from manager. The variable is not given as promised in offer letter.

The work atmosphere is awesome and encouraging. The managers teach the way to work by indulging in rhe work rather taking it as burden.

Dislikes

Nothing seems me bad in this organization, the only thing they need to design is pay structure, which help employees to save more money Like meal coupons

The appraisal is good. You can also get a chance to travel and work on-site depending on your department.

Dislikes

As it is a small company the management is not very good and travel policy is also not so good. Nothing for entertainment.
