Likes

Company is very supportive during this pandemic as they are considering and prioritizing their Workers health. Work culture as all are supportive and supremely helpful. Policy companies are helpful. Job security is a bit Stressful but this applies for all company due to pandemic

As such there is nothing as such. But growth option should be more

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
