Dislikes

Even though the job was quite interesting the work culture in this company was the absolute worst.They hire and fire people without even giving it a second thought.. it felt like I was back in school again because of how things worked here..

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
