Here in Accrete Employees have no bounding on work area, every one is free to learn and do work in every stream. Management gives full work freedom & opportunities to work in new assignments which makes us professional.

growth is there but only in working aspect, Salary and appraisal does not meets to our expectation, rest all is perfect.
