Few colleagues were nice and supportive but one cannot work if the team isn't supportive OR mature and professional.

I didn't quite enjoy working since there was no support, zero training or growth opportunities, nobody understood the core job and hence no further growth, lot of politics and favouritism, zero professionalism, they kill your spirit of work by making sure you know they despise you or do not support your ideas, there was a lot of credit snatching and putting another in bad lime-light, no scope for giving someone additional responsibilities if they are up for it-moreover, not wiling to identify KRAs even. HR was non-supportive, partial, rules were uncomfortable -like few members may get their food from home-others cannot, few were allowed certain perks despite being sub-ordinates - it was very confusing. Lastly, no respect for a fellow colleague but where-ever senior mngt needed support-they took the work and forgot you. Many others that made work environment toxic....Read More
