Management is pathetic Fix time in but time out is never fix have to wait compulsory if your shift is over like working hours stretch 11 to 12 hours without OT Torture

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
