Work is always like a horse you gotta run but there is no finish line. No time to take rest.. And you got to spend not less than 12 hours daily here.. Even then you will have enough work left behind. But if you have the passion, there is scope to learn a lot more and Huawei gives you that opportunity

The company culture is very bad, once you join forget about your personal life and family.The managers are usually guys with no technical knowledge whatsoever.Everything is monitored by Chinese people, they usually take credit of work done by us and sees Indians with a bad eye.Definetely its the worst company i have worked in my career of 10 years.
