The only benefit I like in Accenture Petrol allowance, which is given to employee how travels on their own veichels
In our salary, they will hold some amount name of Variable pay, The amount it re-payed early 2 times in January and February. But the problem is Variable settlement is in the Team lead hand. Even though you work hard you will get 60% in return not 100% return. The most horrible and unacceptable thing is variable pay is deducted from our package, when we work hard for the company we will get less than 60% return from the persons who never work and just doing time pass with Teamlead they will be getting a return 100% 120%. Our money is deducted and given to another employee. To get your deducted variable pay completely the first thing you have to do Be close with Team leads and your reporting managers. your performance is not calculated with tasks that you have completed, or what you have achieved in projects. your performance is calculated based on how close you are to Team leads and reporting managers. The person who licks (Teamlead and reporting Mangers) will get Awards in a month without having access to projects servers. The Person who licks will get 2 promotions in the same year, but for normal people, it will take several years to get a single promotion...Read More

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .
