I don't like the joing process very third class process no anyone responding on mail and call not received Recruiting team told I don't know the BGC status and I don't assure that when your joining

Dislikes

Joining process is very third class and frasted process not given joining and given only extension to extension letter it's very bad process. Please do not waste your time here

Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Please suggest me which company would be best to join for good knowledge growth, stability and moderate work pressure.
