Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Yes the company is open and innovation adopts latets technology. But very poor in componesation and benfits

Growth and componesation is slow. The work pressure is high.
