Hi all, I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.) Please advise what to choose. Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?

Talking about company its best in culture and one can find a perfect career path here. But work life balance is not well here. Also, freshers and juniors need to struggle here more to sustain as payscale is low here. Activities, culture, skills plays an important role in accenture. Dislikes

Paysacle for juniors and freshers though they are strong enough of skills required. Also, employee benefits are very less.

Work Details

As a salesforce developer I was responsible to manage salesforce realted coding practices and meetings with stake holders. Timewise, days were quite busy. Unable to participate in other activities. Paysacle was low. But on other hand learned a lot.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
