Accenture is a great place to work and learn more and in gaining much experience at work if we get proper guidance from our superiors.And the perks and benefits we get here are incredible.

There was one person named deepraj talpade who was a du lead for the domain Data and Ai at Accenture. As i was a fresher i will be having responsibilities like attending Kt sessions from my superior any new project i get and i should get some guidance and help from them but in my case they use give such big tasks without any Kt and guidance and deepraj as my manager refused to allow my lead to get some guidance and he allowed and asked me for the updates and he used to assign me larger tasks equal to my superiors and he used to scold me in front my whole project team members and he used to blame me for everything he such a rude and psychotic person i hav ever work and he made me be in pip forcefully even they didnot gave any kts and in the pip period as well they said me to work for their project.please Mr sushantha as you are the superor to him please take care of him.how can they keep me in pip while they didnot liked me and he used to show language barriers and location feeling as he was north indian he used to support every north indian over south indian....Read More

I recently interviewed for the Salesforce Application Developer role at Accenture, and I was thoroughly impressed with the company's commitment to innovation, employee growth, and a collaborative work culture. The benefits, such as maternity plans, are a testament to the company's holistic approach to supporting its employees. During my interview, I faced some communication challenges, particularly when asked about Lightning Components and Push API integration. Regarding the Push API, my response didn’t fully address the nuances of ensuring that the API loop stops recursion. After conducting further research, I now understand that implementing a loop mechanism within the API is key to preventing recursion, ensuring that calls don’t repeat unnecessarily and overload the system. One area of improvement I believe Accenture could focus on is ensuring that interviewers consider the relevance of the questions they ask. In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration. While my profile and skills were in line with the role, certain out-of-context questions seemed to derail the interview process. However, since the interview, I’ve further refined my understanding of these areas, and I am confident in my ability to address such topics effectively. Additionally, as discussed with the HR recruiter, I am prepared to answer all relevant questions comprehensively in future interviews. I switched to Accenture thinking that it'll have better work culture and the disappointment I had! I don't know how so many sub standard people are working here and how they got hired. I have had people with 14 years of experience ask me how to change the header color of a table on an email and ask me to format their emails. This is just an example. There are tens of such incidents with different people. My DU has been good, because the team was actually another company before which was acquired by Accenture. While I was working for my DU, from people perspective within team everything was good. Once I started working as a loaned resource, all the hell broke loose, the real picture of Accenture become evident. So many incompetent people!! So less proactive people and in this muck even the people who are driven lose their track and motivation because the higher management don't care much about the ground level....Read More

If you’re looking for getting exploited go ahead and join S&C ACN. They make full out of you saying they handle strategy consulting projects whereas most of the work is IT based projects only and Operations support. The leadership sucks big time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.

MD leadership failed putting in place proper structure to allocate projects and led to managers selecting their favourite candidates for account they handle,

Work culture is very good. People get your feedbacks and understand you well. Your colleagues are supportive and friendly but depends on project as well but mostly good. If lucky you will end up in good projects working in latest technology but SAP and CRM tools dominates most. If you are from SAP and other CRM tools I recommend you to join. Onsite are depends on projects and very rare

Dislikes

The pay and hike is very low like WITCH though it's a premium brand. Like other companies people don't value existing employees irrespective of skill and contribution and paid less. Even freshers and new hires could be paid more than you even though they don't do much work as you. There are bit of politics and favouritism but won't affect you much.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

salary increment is very low, no promotions , everything is on managers hand and HR plays no role, lot of nepotism. No job security. Lot of Mental torture as there is no raise and managers has everything in hand which results in no motivation in office
