Got to switch domains learn new things, earlier Accenture was good they used to cross skill and get person online projects but now it’s changed.
Dislikes
For last few years the culture is changed work life balance is gone had to work day night Saturday and Sunday without rewards or appreciation so now it’s same as other companies. Accenture doesn’t concentrate on quality but quantity and higher managers are concerned of metrics not what’s going on ground reality. Managers are the lord and Any developer is a donkey who works toils and gets nothing. No value to Developers taken code quality is shown just for metrics and reporting like unit test mandatory 95% but there is no use of it as it’s forced report so team don’t concentrate on quality and there are tons of issues in app. The worst part is you cannot change the business unit unless you resign as head count is what is more important than the willingness of employees to work for that BU. I was never given chance to switch the BU and had to work on technology that I didn’t want to work on… OMG I missed HRs are the worst in all my 14 years I never got any HR replying to any message of mine, it running like India all by gods grace. From the day I joined to I left I didn’t get any help or supervision from HR they are like kings general public is not heard upon only people at higher position get the privilege and they only control HR...Read More
