Only problem, I see here is that you don't have that much autonomy on your role as this organization is like an ocean. Had I been at such role and salary in other organization, alot I could have driven as compared here. So, many levels of decisions delays the delivery. You can't just directly suggest recommendation to clients, it goes through your Boss, his Boss, Delivery, their Bosses and then all of this takes 3-4 months which should have happened in less than 1-2 weeks. So, in case, you are coming here for learning and salaah, a must company to join, but if you are coming to bring big changes, it will take alot of time....Read More

Work life is ok. Sometimes, there are extended hours but it is not regular. No problem when leaves are requested.
