My hard work has been rewarded and Accenture promoted me within 1.5 years and that is what I liked about Accenture. If you are on the right direction and putting efforts, this company make sure that your efforts are being recognized

Dislikes

I believe now since most of the companies are providing Hybrid model, Accenture should introduce atleast a 6 month work from home policy to new mothers after delivery.
